[ As Raasted Jubilæumsøl Europamester ’92 ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, hay, straw, fruity malt, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, hay, straw, dusty malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 10 months past the BBD. Pours hazy robust amber wit airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with notes of fruit and touches of yeast and bread. Bitter, hoppy flavour with dusty and estery notes and touches of caramel malt. Hints of fruit. Dusty and mildly acidic flavour. Dusty and estery afteraste with touches of hops. Drinkable.
