(Keg at Brew Pub Gallows Bird, 20210104) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain, fruitiness and herbalness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, herbalness, spiciness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, dry and bitter. A surprisingly pleasant hoppy brew with with dry finish.
