Clear golden. Clean, lightly toasted malts, earthy and lightly spicy hops, faint fruit. Medium bodied. Finish has a nice snap to it that keeps the malts from getting too forward. Straightforward and refreshing.

50 cl bottle from Landbierprd. Hazy gold. Medium white head. Aroma is dominated by yeast altough I cannot point to a particular aroma, something like sour dough. The flavor is the same, a strange concoction of fatty , sour grains with hops presence. Although weird it’s not bad.

Pretty clear blond beer, big creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty start, oxidized, sweet impression, almonds and marzipan, grains, more oxidation. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, caramel, marzipan, a little bitter, sugary touch. Aftertaste: more malty, gentle bitterness.

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Grainy malt aroma with bready notes, grassy hoppy elements, straw, soft hay, mild sweetish with a gentle bitterness. Body is medium. Very nice, Franconian elegance.
