Threatens to gush, but doesn't. Small white head is just a ring round the edge. Hazy pale yellow body with light carbonation. Fruity funky wooden aroma with apple notes. Dry earthy mealy apple taste with funky notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, flattish mouthfeel. Dryish funky wooden barnyard aftertaste with herbal notes. It's OK, but a bit much dung flavour. (0.375l bottle, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)

6 3 7 3 14 Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering ’17. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of herbs, citrus and wheat. Flavour is above light sweet and sour. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear very pale yellow / pale golden color, very small white head. Smell and taste wheat, herbal, moderately sourish, quite dry. I like it. Nice.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear, pale greenish yellow with a fizzy white head that dissipates fast. Interesting aroma, subtle funk and leathery Brett. Light body, tart fruitiness, subtle vinegar and again a subtle hint of Brett. Carbonation perhaps a little excessive. But otherwise a very well executed little beer. 100817
