Bottle at Jydske Øldage 2009. Frothy whiite fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty strong molasse/kandis aroma. Moderate bitter light sweet spicey flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle 50cl. @ [ Chris O’s pre NYE Tasting ].Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, light to moderate yeasty, banana, star anis notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081230]

Bottle 50 cl. Slightly hazy amber golden with a rough, off-white head. Very spicy nose, coriander and ginger. Medium-bodied, fruit and burned caramel and again lots of spices. Finishes dry. 291208

Bottle at Chris o New Year tasting 08/09. Cloudy brown. Lasting beige head. Pretty head. Banana peardrop soapy aroma. Softish in mouth. Banana flavour too. OK.

Bottled. An unclear orange-brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is acidic malty with notes of caaramel, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and lighter notes of vegetables and phenol, leading to a dry slightly acidic vegetable finish.
