Bottle at Jydske Øldage 2009. Frothy whiite fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty strong molasse/kandis aroma. Moderate bitter light sweet spicey flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, light to moderate yeasty, banana, star anis notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081230]

Bottled. An unclear orange-brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is acidic malty with notes of caaramel, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and lighter notes of vegetables and phenol, leading to a dry slightly acidic vegetable finish.
