Amber, tanned foamy head, fairly bubbly. Honeyish and fruity malt aroma. Fruity malt base, overlaid with herbal hops - slight metallic aftertaste. Lightbodied - watery exit.

Bottle. Bright copper colour, small head. Flavour starts quite malty, then a little sourness from the hops. Aftertaste is harshly bitter.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, amber golden with a small head. Very fruity aroma. Quite malty with an underlying sweetness and fruity notes. Has the typical Vestfyen house character that I cannot really describe. 221005

Dark golden with a short lived head. Malt and soap aroma. Some caramel and hops in the flavour, sweet with a hint of bitterness. Much carbonation.

[At Københavnske Øldage 2005] A copper colored beer with a disappearing off-white head. The aroma is malty with strong notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet and again with strong notes of alcohol, combined with lesser notes of metal and malt. The end is dry and bitter. I’d guess this is a Strong European Lager and not a Pale Ale - it totally lacks fruityness and instead has way too much alcohol presence.
