Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a one finger tall beige frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: Dark malt, vanilla icecream, butter cookies, chocolate waffles. Taste: Similar picture. Medium sweet, light hop bitterness. Mouth feel: medium minus body. Average carbonation. Overall: A basic pastry stout.
