Clear gold with good white foam. Fruity & flowery hops all over. Malty feel. Sweetness. Bitter crisp, citrus/piney end - close to sour and biting your inner cheek. Nice hoppy Cask ale!

Cask at the Wharf, Aalborg. Clear, pale golden, almost yellow, with a small white head. Citrus, bitterness and some malt in the aroma. Very citrusy flavor with some malt as well. Medium body and a citrusy and piney finish. Quite nice. (070331)

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A hazy golden beer with a thick light orange head. The aroma is sweet flowery, combined with light notes of peaches, on a light malty back ground. The flavor is sweet and very flowery and with strong notes of peaches, leading to a dry and lightly bitter end. The body is a bit thin, but it is a very drinkable beer.

Cask Conditioned at Banbury Beer Festival Fri 21-04-06. Lovely looking Golden beer, this was despite me having one of the last beers from this barrel such was it’s popularity. A very good refreshing and hoppy bitter with a nice bite at the end.
