Cask at the London & County (JDW), Eastbourne. Chestnut with a tight beige head; aroma of biscuity malts; soft with a biscuity taste and some caramel; and good bitterness to finish. Rather bland and boring.

Cask at the Fountain, Clent. Pours dark brown with a medium, creamy head. Aroma was nutmeg and Coke. Not much to start, Christmas spice, bready malt and a bit woody in the finish.

[Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen] A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of berries. The flavor is sweet with notes of berries, toffee, malt, and spices - especially cardamom comes thru. But the body is thin.
