Cloudy yellow, creamy lacing head.Sour aroma - barn, citus. Nice barnyard flavoring, light body - and overall a relatively light lambic.

(Bottle 75 cl) Hazy golden, almost no head. Sourish nose. Typical sour Cantillon character, but even so it comes with a surprisingly softness. I cannot really detect the Bourgogne-notes. 120805 & 031205

Bottled @RBESG’05
Hazy yellow, small white head. Sour, horse blanket aroma. Dry, but not bone dry. Tasty, very foamy body. Authentic and marvellous lambic.

Bottled. Cloudy golden. Tart, typical Cantillon style acidic aroma plus some woody notes. The vinous character is very subtle, and it’s light sweetness just rounds of the citric acid a little. Very elegant and complex. Just superb.

A hazy orange beer with no head. The aroma is primarily of grapefruit. The flavor is sweet - yet somewhat sour with notes of grapefruit as well as hints of white wine. The end is dry. Thanks, Jacob, for sharing.
