Not a particularly complex beer. Yellow color with thin body and good carbonation. Taste is like water or minerals.

"Freiberger Pils", Flasche von Edeka, Berlin. - Goldgelb, völlig blank - man könnte durch dieses Bier noch die Zeitung lesen. - In der Nase recht generische, immerhin frische zitronige Hopfung. - Antrunk sehr schlank hellmalzig mit zarter Restsüße. Frische, aromatisch eher schmalspurige aber nicht unangenehme zitronige Hopfung. Nicht zu rezent. Im Abgang sortentypische Hopfenherbe. - "Voller Charakter", wie das Etikett meint, ist dieses Bier nun gerade nicht, sondern eher schlicht und nur durchschnittlich gehopft. Immerhin brauchbar, wenn es nur irgendein Pils sein soll und keine großen Ansprüche gestellt werden. (Neuverkostung: 28.2.2025.)

Barva zlatava, az svetle zlatava. Pena vysoka opada rychle. Vune slad, med trocha kartonu. Chut sladova, dojezd suchy. Plnost stredni. Horkost stredni. Spis takovy stredni nemecky lager.

Clear pale golden color, medium white head. Aroma: shallow, boring,bread, Taste: shallow, diluted, bread, malty, light grassy hoppy notes. Not great, not a tragedy, quite typical macro lager.

Butelka 0.5l. Wyraźnie słodowy, słodkawy z niską goryczką, przyjemnie orzeźwiający, ogólnie przyzwoity trunek.

500 ml bottle. Clear light golden with foamy head. Grain, citrus, metallic hops. Dry bitterness, light sweetness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry metallic bitter finish. Alright unspectacular Pilsner.

Tap in Dresden. Clear golden. Bland and sad hop. It tastes surprisingly flat, sweet, soft, and overall depressingly not-fresh. Had a frustrated discussion why it is possible to serve this flat, old, on tap, in a busy restaurant; ah and yes, sweet n sticky aftertaste, because, why not.
