0.1l tap. Murky dark brown almost black with a big mocha coloured creamy head. Burnt and light smoky malt, lime, liquorice, toffee, caramel, nougat and fudge, vanilla, also some grilled marshmallows in the background. Roasty toasty bitterness, fudge sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, long roasty bittersweet finish. Nice!

Batch #2 can from Brewers Haven. The marshmallows made me buy this, unaware of the coffee in this batch. I was expecting a big sweet gooey RIS, and got a huge bitter coffee bite. Pours as black as oil slick, flat, still. Roasty aroma with some sweetness at the back. Coffee bitterness takes over from there, almost obscuring the vanilla, which makes a brief appearance at the finish. Smooth for 11%.

Really smooth, but I taste the vanilla far more than the marshmallow.

Almost black with a creamy, dirty beige head. Aroma of coffee grounds, vanilla, dark chocolate. Taste is full of roasted bitterness. There is some marshmallow and vanilla sweetness underneath however, which in the end provides a nice balance. Heavy bodied with mild carbonation. Pleasant.

Can. A- Cocoa, vanilla. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Mild toasted marshmallow, vanilla, cocoa, iron. P- Full body, slightly thin texture, average carbonation, metallic finish. O- I just have bad luck with canned stouts. This had a strong iron/metallic flavor that I couldn't get past. No booze and the vanilla was strong. Some marshmallow if you really look for it. Since I had Omnipollo's Noa which I loved, everything else has been below average. Not a fan.

Batch #001 can brewed at Two Roads picked up at Holiday Market. Pours a pitch black with a small bit of brown foam that dissipates quickly. Marshmallow and vanilla aromas with cacao nib and coffee aromas prominent. More roasted coffee on the palate. Lowish carbonation. Booze is hidden really well. Lingering waffle house burned coffee, marshmallow cream (but not overly sweet) on the finish. Quick, slightly watery finish.

Much better than you would imagine a marshmallow stout. Everything here is quite subtle and we'll balanced. Marshmallow and vanilla. Roast, chocolate and caramel. Bittersweet finish. Black oily pour with good head. Can.

16oz can pours out black topped with a small tan head. Nose is sweet chocolate coffee vanilla cake. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate coffee vanilla cake notes.
