Bottled 75cl (BB 03/2008). Hazy yellow color, small white head, lots of yeast. Fresh hoppy aroma with barnyard notes. Herbs and hops are dominating the flavor. Very fresh farmhouse beer.

Bottled. Golden colour, brief head. Aroma of fresh green hops and herbal spices. Dryish with light, rounded mouthfeel. Dry and fresh, very well balanced. A very drinkable easy going beer, with an unusual touch.

Draught Fully hazy, yellow-ochre beer with good snowwhite head, leaving nice lace. Beautifully perfumed, very flowery, spring shrubs - no doubt the Asperulla. Great. Excellent fruity-spicey taste. All flavours are too subtle to be pointed out (compare THIS to that infernal Waldmeister syrup to ruin Berliner Weisse!). Light citrus taste, spicey, especially retronasal. Light, refreshing, spritzy without being fizzy. Superb light, refreshing beer. WHY DO THEY COME OUT WITH THIS END OF AUTUMN?
