Bottled (vintage 2008)
Deep ruby, a bit murky, off-white head. Woody, American hoppy, a bit sweet nose. Caramelly, Amarillo hoppy flavor, quite mellow mouthfeel, aged quite nicely. Balanced. Not very Christmasy.

(Bottle, 2008 vintage, at Timo A’s tasting, thanks) Dark brown and cloudy. Small white head. Fruitiness, malts and sweetness in aroma. Medium bodied and dryish palate with quite a lot of carbonation. Malts, sweetness, little bit of rye bread, bitterness, molasses, fruitiness and hint of dried plum in taste. Malty aftertaste.
