Bottle: A bit unclear or hazy, lively carbonation, stable mid-sized off-white head; moderate sourish-lemony nose with a solid yeasty background; sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied, quite soft MF; shorter fruity-wheaty finish. Good, easy-drinking Weizen..........

(bottle) Hazy, orange to golden colour with a dense and thick foamy, slightly off-white head. Sweet and moderately yeasty wheaty aroma with aromatic fruity notes (apples, citrus, apricots). Light-sweet and sourish flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather calm carbonation. Moderately wheaty malty base with a yeasty and fruity taste, slightly Cidre-like; moderately wheaty and sour-fruity finish with a touch of tartness and restrained spicy notes. Refreshing and quaffable Hefeweizen (23.07.08).
