Vorerst malziger, in Teilen auch röstiger Antrunk, der mit Eintreten einer gezielt eingesetzten alkoholischen Herbe schwächer zu werden scheint. Gleichzeitig steigt die Würzigkeit, wenn auch nicht so stark wie gedacht. Leicht säuerlich zum Schluss, in dem die Röstigkeit wieder zunimmt. Im Nachgeschmack gar viel würziger, leider etwas zu trocken. 9/10/10/11/7/11

500 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 6.5%. Deep brown colour, moderate off-white head. Nice malty aroma with notes of spices and caramel. Lovely malty flavour with spices and caramel again, without being too sweet.

Hazy brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet fruity, malty and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Fresh and sweet fruity finish. 181109

Bottle @ Home. Hazy dark orange brown with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, brown sugar, hint of arangepeel, spices. Taste is malt, dark chocolate, sweet fruit, spices. Medium body, short finish. 181210

Hazy rather deep amber with a medium off white head. Sweet fruity aroma that also carried caramel and tosted malt. Sweet flavour with toasted malt, ripe fruits, caramel and hoppy notes towards the end. Somewhat dry and bitter finish.

bottle at proppen, Birkerød. cloudy brown, smooth light yellow head aroma is boozy, flowery, faint herbal, well blended, faint caramel. flavor is sweet malty, fruity balance, a mild beer, faint spicy.

Bottled (BB 08/2009). Thanks Timo A.. Murky brown color. small brownish head. A bit sour nose, yeasty too. Caramel malty, spicey, some bitterness and sourness in the flavor. Sourish aftertaste. A bit strange.

Bottled@Timo A. Amber colour, small beiige head. Aroma is fruits, mild spices, caramel malts, yeasy and some earth. Flavour is caramel malts, some slight fruits, yeast and and mild grassy and wooden notes as well. Wellbalanced.

Bottled. An unclear deep red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of fruit, and so is the flavor, and the fruity note carries on thru the finish.
