A Czech style beer made to a typical Czech recipe - Pale and Carapils malts, Tettnanger Saz and Hallertaul Hersbrucker hops, and using a Czech strain of Pilsener yeast. Deep gold with a rich hop character.

50 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Light cornish and light acidic aroma. Sweet malty with a light caramel and cornish note. Sweet into the finish with a mild bitterness appearing. Nice one.

Cask at GBBF 2006 from the CBoB entry cask. A hazy orange beer with a white head. The aroma is very light with notes of malt, hops, and grain. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, and grain as well as light notes of honey.

Cask at GBBF 2006. Gold with lasting thick cream head. Lime and hop and earthy aroma. Yeasty. Cask conditioned lager with some Saaz. Soft, creamy in mouth. Weird, but I liked it. Not a pilsner maybe, but still not a bad beer.
