A fruity white beer with black Cassis juice from Burgundy, added during brewing to leave all the aromas of the fruit. When tasting, the Burgonde offers a great wealth of fruity and acidulous aromas but not very sweet.

Cloudy golden with medium off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with peashy and caramel notes. Flavor like wise. Ends sweet.

Blind tasting at Papsoes place, another great session, thanks Henrik! Beer #26: Pours slight hazy orange with fully diminished white head. Buttery and spiced aroma. Light berry fruity note. Flavour seemed like blueberry - but I can now see it holds blackcurrant - interesting. Medium sweet. Ends with a light berry fruity note.
