Unser Export, welches mit einer kräftig gelben Farbe ausgestattet ist, wird unter Zugabe verschiedener Karamell-Malze gebraut. Diese Malzsorten verleihen dem Bier ein deutliches Aroma und einen vollen Körper. Eine leichte Hopfennote rundet das Profil dieses weichen und milden Bieres ab.

(Green) bottle with a screw off top (gives confidence in quality doesn't it...). Golden colour with a small white head. So far so good. Aroma is grainy, herbal, cardboard and some mild earth. Flavour is herbal, cardboardy and some mild grainy tones with a bit strange sweetish tones. Ended up pretty much as bulky as I expected...

“Bischoff Pälzer hell Export”. Barcode took me here. Clean lager with some light sweet malts, medium to fairly bitter. If anything a bit watery maybe.

50cl bottle from Toom K´lauten. Pours clear deep golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild grassy hops, a bit sweet malt and grains. Taste of medium sweet malt, grainy, some spicy hops, medium body, boring!

0.5l screw-top bottle from marktkauf/edeka. pours a clear golden with a medium white head. aroma is rather skunky, sulphuric hops with some grains and spices. flavour of grains, cereals, some oily spiciness. not too sweet for an export.

* Old rating, 0,5l screw-top-bottle, best before 27.11.03. Würzig-mildes Export. Frisch, nicht zu tief, nicht zu süßlich. Süffig mit leicht herbem Ton im Nachgeschmack.

(screw cap bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. A bit dusty, sweet strawy malty with notes of biscuits and grassy hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a medium carbonation. Strawy, pale malty taste with herbal and grassy hops, especially during the finish. Robust Export and not too sweet. 13.I.09

Bottle: Golden, visible carbonation, loose white head with a little lace; strawy-papery nose with a hoppy background; quite solid bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; drier bitter-hoppy finish with a sweet pale-malty "tail". A quite good Export with a modest aroma.........

Bottle 50cl. @ home.[ Trade by MiP ]. Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, hay, toasted, light hoppy, grass, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081029]
