Draught at Tirsbæk. Pours hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malt and caramel, but also hints of sweet red apples. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Finish is malty and light bitter. Not bad but nothing special.

Draught at Remouladen, Vejle
Red-amber color. Some malt aroma and flavor, less good than in the Bukke Feber, with a very light fruity trace, but also with a light unwanted presence of grass and dust; ordinary bitterness. Boring.

On tap at a wedding. Light amber colour with a slowly disappering white head. Caramel malts and bitter hop aromas. Medium sweet taste with some soft, bitter notes from the hops. Finished light bittersweet with gentle malts. A decent vienna but nothing extraordinary

Bottled. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some wood, earth, toffee and mild bittery notes. Flavour is caramel malts, mild wood, some herbs, toffee and also some mild bready notes.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium to light dark amber color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081004]
