Fein hopfig-herb im Antrunk entwickelt unser Vollbier einen trocken-schlanken Körper, ist malzig im Mittelteil und hat eine fein-würzige Note im Abgang. Ein fränkisches Pils mit leichter Hopfenbittere und einer schönen, feinporigen Schaumkrone.

27-10-17 // 500ml bottle. From the bottle. Good pilsner, smooth, typical grainyness with a nice hop bitterness.

Bottle thanks to ErlangerNick prost my friend. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. clean yeast bready fresh lemon aroma. Some light malt in the mouth then biting lemon and hop on the finish. very tasty pils. Love it. Satisfying. Really good finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.

Clear gold with a white head. Sweet grainy malt, and light grassy hops flavor. Light body, soft carbonation.

Flasche von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - „Jährlich DLG-prämiert“ prangt es auf dem Etikett. Für den Biergenießer ist das ja keine Empfehlung (eher im Gegenteil), aber das herrlich nostalgische Bild des pfeiferauchenden, weißbärtigen Försters weckt dann doch Vertrauen. - Helles Goldgelb, glanzfein. - Frischer, milder Antrunk mit angenehmer würzig-zitroniger Hopfennote. Zart malzsüßlich. Etwas dünn, aber sehr süffig. Im Abgang schön zitronig-grasiger Hopfen. Ausreichend bittererer Nachtrunk, in dem man den Hopfenextrakt herausschmeckt. - Nichts Weltbewegendes, simpel aber angenehm und erfrischend. Für den Hopfenextrakt gibt’s aber Punktabzug.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, getreidig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig, grasig, lang anhaltende Bitterkeit.

Golden pour with medium sized white head. Fruity aroma with thin notes of cardboard and floral grass. Medium bodied. Flavor is fruity also with hopped tones, lemon and grass also here.

Bottle. Clear gol with a large white head. Aroma is floral hop. Flavour is peppered fruity hop, spicy palate. Finish is dry with a bit of metallic bitterness

Pale golden with a small white head. Weak grainy and grassy aroma with a metallic note. Sweetish malty flavour with grassy hops and a mild bitterness.
