Dark brownish colour with medium light beige head.Sweet pleasent mouth feels and aroma of fruits and caramel,well balanced and vinous.Malty flavor and full body.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Aroma of overripe fruit and alcohol. Full-bodied with plenty of caramel and overripe fruit and a touch of ashes. Lightly bitter finish with some alcohol. I bet this will gain with some age. 310808

Bottled@EBF2008. Hazy reddish/brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, mild alcohol, nectar and some slight smoked notes. Flavour is sweet malts, alcohol, fruits and some mild zestyness. Pleasant, but could do with some more complexity.

Bottle at EBF08. Very weak aroma for style. Clear dark chestnut colour. The flavour is quite mild, slightly caramelly. Hint of spicy hops and yeast. Not flavourful enough for style and ABV.

At EBF 2008, Friday September 12Clear copper color, very small head. Sweet and alcohol scent. Sweet, malty, alcohol taste. High co2 level for a Barely Wine, medium high bitterness.

Cloudy deep amber with large beige head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, caramel and hoppy notes. Sweet flavour with ripe fruits, caramel and toasted malt. Ends sweet with warming alcohol.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to orange with a fully diminished off-white head. Phenolic and dry malty aroma with mild alcohol presence. Sweet flavour with loads of caramel malt and quite some fruity hops note. Lingering fruity and hoppy finish with a light liqourice note.
