Bottle, 25cl. A clowing, copper-colored bdoy is topped by a small, off-white head. Weak nose with some roasted malts. Caramel and a fruity touch too. Nice sweetness in the flavor, with caramel and roasted touch. Some fruits blend in. Medium body, dry. Roasted finish. Definately nothing wrong here, but it’s a rather boring beer I suppose should have some food to work well. 091023

Bottle @ Odense Tasting. Thanks Sfhodense/Scheffel. Pours dark amber with a small creamy white head. Nose and flavor is rye-bread and caramel. Clean. Medium bodied. Ok.

Bottle. Frothy of-white fair mostly deminishing head. Nice dark amber colour. Moderate malty light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Caramellic and nice chocolate notes. Average moderate bitter finish. OIly palate.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry nutty finish. The body is light. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottled (Thanks Maria!). Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, some earth, quite barnyardy notes as well as some dark dry fruits. Flavour is quite sweet malty along with some slight fruity and wooden notes. A bit yeasty as well.

tap at Københavnske Øldage 2009, served by the brewer herself. dark brown , small yellow head. aroma is faint roasted ... weak. flaovr is roasted grains, sugar, slight fruity, in a good way, yeast.
