(Bottle) Pours slightly hazy amber with big white head. Lovely ginger aroma. Light body, bright carbonation. Nice taste - ginger and lemon to start, caramel malt in the middle, some pleasant hoppy bitterness at the end. Very drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 16/05/21. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is ginger, orange peel, grains, herb, light spice. Taste comprises grass, lemon rind, less ginger than the nose, toasted grains, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable affair.

14/8/2020. Bottle from Roy’s of Wroxham Food Hall. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus, light ginger, flowers, grass, malt. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a light tart edge. Moderate body, carbonation is too fizzy but otherwise quite pleasant.
