Can from Total Wine & More, W. Hollywood. Crystal clear golden yellow with nice sparkle, fizzy head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is Pilsner and pale malts, grass, light florals, cracker. Taste is strong pale malts, mild Pilsner, grass, light floral, and cracker. Thin, frothy texture, average carbonation, finish as taste with mild, lingering bitterness. True to style and happy for the opportunity to tick the brewer! Can't recall having many Italian pilsners but I have to say I prefer them to the German/Czech.
