Pale Ale
A generously hopped pale ale with a very crisp feel and mouth-watering citrus dry finish. Works well with spicy food.

17/6/2022. Cask at the 30th East Anglian Beer & Cider Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours clear dark gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus, grass, herb, rubber, dusty edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft to flat carbonation. Not in great shape, and agreed probably not as brewer intended.

Bottle that was picked up from Bellingers Jet garage, Grove, Nr Wantage, Oxon consumed 23-07-09 This literally exploded out of the bottle in a Krakatoaesque type fashion. What was left was golden with a white head. Aroma slightly floral and maybe a touch citric. Taste is citric, nicely fruity and crisp. Didn’t quite live up to the exciting entrance but it was fine. [Cask at GBBF 2005] An orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with light fruity esters and light diacethyl notes. The flavor is more clean - sweet malty with notes of caramel.
