L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente.

Pours a murky dark orange with a big and quite dense white head that shows good retention and lacing. The nose displays a sweet, mostly caramelish, malt base, followed by delicate fruity notes (orange, peach) and by a light balsamic feel. Not especially deep or intense but still nice overall. Taste is medum to high sweet and medium bitter. Slightly on the sweet side in the mouth, with a balanced finish. Taste notes as per aroma, plus a bit of earthiness in finish and aftertaste. Again ok, though not irreproachably clean. Medium bodied with average to high carbonation. An averagely good beer.

330 ml bottle. Cloudy dark orange. Spicy nose, esters, pepper, fun. Sweet and estery, tripel-like, nice peppery spicy. Fun stuff.

A golden ale with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, candy sugar, light maple, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous notes, maple notes, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, nice. On tap at Must!

Draught @ Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà. Aroma is unusual with sweet buttery toffee and fruits. Flavour has toffee candy, some butter and fruits. Finishes with menthol. Something in common with English strong ales.

09/11 A 0.75l bottle courtesy of oviglado, huge thanks for sharing! It poured hazy golden body with big head atop. Typical Italian "artigialale" aroma, yeasty, lightly sweet fruity malt with some herbal hops. Similar flavor, sweetish but also only a bit bitter, fruity with more pronounced vanilla now on expense of yeast note which is a big plus. Touched with spiciness like pepper or some herbs as well. Medium bodied with longer creamy, lightly sweetish peach and vanilla finish. Herbal hops driven all the way through the end, too. Well, definitely a fine beer, but I can’t find anything too special in it.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza.

Bottled 750ml. -from Eataly Torino. Murky orange/golden coloured, medium sized creamy off-white head, yeasty and mild spicy nose. Moderate malty, yeasty, light sugary and spicy with notes of herbs (sage mostly). Not bad but for more than 11€ expected better one. 6.8%ABV

Huge thanks to Ogi for this! Poured some amber-ochre-orange body. Nicely creamy sweet peachy aroma. Creamy, just slightly meaty yeastiness, light peachy notes, some herbal notes that might as well be that species of sage, very lgiht alcohol. Just ok... but for the price... ugh.
