500ml bottle @ Pannuhuone, Kuopio

Pours clear yellow with a foamy head. Aroma of grassy hops, buttery malts and bready notes. Taste is buttery and sweetish with some grassy hoppy notes. Finish is sweet and malty. Decent, quite sweet and buttery pils.

Bottle, at HaandFestival 2012. A crystal clear golden beer topped by a dense, finger-thick, white head. Hoppy nose with grass and some resins, and pale malts in the back. Some faint peppery hints too. The flavor could have more bitterness I think, but I’s damn fine anyway. Fruity, with some citrus peel, and pale malts in the back. Crisp and dry on the palate, with pleasant carbonation and a nice bitterness in the end. A refreshing, quenching and quite lovely pilsener. 120505

Sampled @ HaandBryggeriet Beer festival 2012. Golden body with a medium sized white head. Nice, light grassy aroma with some fruit. Soft and fruity malt flavor with grassy hops. Medium body. A nice but not really outstanding lager, I probably has to try this again in another setting.

Tap @ Ardbeg Embassy Stockholm. A touch hazy, golden yellow appearance with a foamy off white head and nice lacing. Super grainy pils malty, very floral, husky, somewhat earthy nose that is nice though a touch buttery. Dry, richly husky and grainy, light lemon, very floral flavor. Excellent pils and one of the best swedish beers I’ve ever had.

A golden pils with a thin white head. In aroma, a smooth mineral malt with Czech malt, light signs of oxidation. In mouth, a smooth crisp malt with Czech hops, nice and smooth. Bieropholie import, BB 12/08.
