Mycket bra lager. Har allt som en bra lager skall ha men de flesta saknar. Att det är opastöriserat gör att även finstämda nyanser får plats. Fylligt, torrt, välhumlat och med en rejäl beska med en lång eftersmak. Perfekt till svensk husmankost.

50 cl botlle from Systembolaget. Golden, clear liquid with small egg-white head. Malty, a bit malty aroma with notes of bready malt, some caramel and floral hops. Dry taste with medium bitterness. Medium bodied with nice carbonation. Really good lager.

0.5l bottle shared with ClubGonzo. Pours a semi-hazy orange body packed with unfiltered sediments and a thin bubbly head. Good amount of citrus and lime in the aroma along with nice hops, grapefruit and a mild malty note. It's medium bodied, has a really smooth and almost silky moutfeeling and it's medium carbonated. Light sweet and malty flavors with notes of apples and it has a nice bitterness. Finishes off with a lasting mild grassy bitter aftertaste. Actually thought this was an ale, but I see now that it's actually a pale lager.
