Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Cask at the Roost. Pours a murky deep brown, some really nice creamy off white head. Nose is nice and dead on, malt, some caramel and carob. Earthy with malt and bread and some tea. There's something a touch acetic but it's really nice. Medium bodied and very well balanced.
