Bottle: A bit hazy, mid-sized, quite stable off-white to yellowish head, brown coloured; fruity-caramelly nose with a distinctive piney hoppiness; moderate bitter-sweet flavour with a light acidity, quite light bodied; faint traces of caramel in the fruity-hoppy and sourish finish. O.K., drinkable, not very well rounded...................

(bottle, courtesy of Papsoe) Hazy, dark brown colour with a short, light-beige foamy head. Moderately sweet toast-malty nose with caramel, dried fruits and slightly piney hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Toast-malty, moderately fruity taste with light notes of caramel; dryish, slightly sourish fruity and minimal toasty finish with light piney hoppy notes. Rather unspectacular brew but with a delicate and nice american hops character (26.03.08).

Bottle. Dark brown beer with an orange hue. The head is a bit small, beige in color. Sweet and fruity nose, quite hoppy, with some caramel and citrus. The flavor starts hop-fruity and citrusy, and continues that way, but the roasted malt is appearing a bit late, and forget to show up in the finish. Slightly thin on the palate. The finish has a lovely fruityness and bitterness, as well as a vague sourish note. A nice, quaffable beer with a delicious hop profile. (071215)
