A classic West Coast IPA brewed with Centennial, Columbus and Citra hops. Clean malt character with subtle notes of caramel married with an assertive charge of hops that offer a pleasant floral, piney and stone fruit character.
To Papa's greatest work, but also to Ken, Tony, Mitch, Vinny and Matt who redefined IPA as we know it. This one is for you guys.

Dimpled mug at the brewery, pours a mostly clear, burnt orange with some sudsy white head. Nose has C hops (duh) and some malt, honey, some crystal malt, soap. The malt fades as the resinous soapy hops shine. Pithy, bitter. Some malt, maybe even crystal malt, hangs at the back. Finishes bitter and dry.
