On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A clear, golden beer with a small, nice, white head on top. The aroma has grains, chicken manure and some fruityness. Crackery, grainy flavor with a fruity touch. Medium to thin body with a decent level of carbonation. Grainy finish. Well, it’s a bit unpleasant this one, fortunately the flavor isn’t the worst part. 110528

Dunkel hefiger Antrunk, frisch, apetitlich hopfig. 8/10/11/9/9/11

Medium beige head. Deep red-brown body. Earthy caramelly peas aroma with floral malty notes. Quite harmonic. Dry-sweet sugary earthy peas taste. Light body. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish earthy funky roasty malty aftertaste with floral notes. Very nice, and highly drinkable. (0.5l, not sure from where.)

Taster served from tap at a delicious dinking temperature by Morten at the great Lord Nelson pub in Copenhagen. Tiny, white head over an almost clear, amber body. Smell of dry malt. Sweet oatmeal with malt-accented notes. Some hints of hops in the finish. Medium bodied. Uncomplicated and nice (13.05.2009).
