A dark and roasty Robust Porter conditioned on Madagascar vanilla and served exclusively on nitro for a luxurious texture, named after Edmond Albius, who in 1841 developed the technique for pollenating vanilla orchids by hand, the way it is still done today.

Half draft at PreFunk. Dark brown pour, swirly , fine head. Roasty aroma with notes of vanilla. Taste is sweet, chocolate, vanilla with a fast finish.

On tap at prefunk pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice big vanilla some roast and a little ash. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts vanilla and grain.

On Tap at the Fairview BP Nitro pour settles into a classic dense cap of light tan foam. Light notes of milk chocolate and whipped cream. A touch of coffee and light roast. Pillowy soft and smooth. A touch of roastiness at the end
