Smooth, malty and grainy with some grassy hops, hay, earthiness, rustic breadiness and hints of bitterness. Solid.

On tap at Godspeed, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is rather dull, with earthy hops, straw, and bready malt. Flavour is clean but under-hopped, with straw, and biscuity malt. Clean but lacking character. Why not put more Saaz in this?

Dimpled mug pours a clear orange with a big cap of white head. Nose has bread and malt and honey. Some brioche. Flavor is doughy, brioche, some yeast and malt. Creamy finish. Straight up but well made.
