330ml bottle at Sea Bar, Baltic Queen. Shared with Finn. Patchy surface, spotty lacing, hazy golden body. Ripe malt-fruity aromas, inviting. Rounded taste profile with herbal malts, dried fruits, and yeast, lightly spiced. Mid-sweet malt fruity ending with warmth from the alcohol. Good drinking. (04.11.2025).

Bottle. Clear pale golden body with a nice, dense white head. Aroma has a mild, delicate yeasty, fruity, ester thing with the pale malty background. Flavor is sweet pale malt, spicy, fruity yeasty like aroma and balancing alcohol that takes the edge from the sweetness. Fine body and OK aftertaste. An elegant Belgium Triple with no sharp edges or anything special really, but very well made and really pleasant.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Aroma is herbs, anise, mint, sweet malt, floral notes, sugar, ripe fruits, soft yeast, coriander, candied fruits. Flavour is cloying sugary sweet and lightly bitter. Body is medium. Too herbal and sugary for my taste.

Best before 07/24, from Amstein. Drinking it, two days ago, at home. A syrupy and fruity note to finish the night. This one is boozy, classical, smooty, malty, apricot, plum, really sweet, full body, some bitterness, 100% Belgian. 08.01.25
