This one has a backstory and previous batches, including at least one 40bbl batch we dumped that somehow, never fully congealed into what we’ve we held so deep within our hearts.. as it were.
As much all that hurt, the 16oz can before you is our interpretation of a modern yet still mid-coast American IPA featuring 100% hand selected Centennial hops in both the kettle, whirlpool, and dry hopping.

We taste trix cereal like fruit impressions of sticky pine sap, orange oil, orange blossom water, with an overall herbal and fruit forward hop bitterness - all of which get pulled together a classically clean ester profile derived from the use of our favorite American Ale strain.
