Bottled. A nut-brown beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is sweet very nutty, but also with notes of wet earth, dried leaves, and fungus, reminds me of a walk in a humid fall forrest. The flavor is much fresher than the aroma with strong notes of nuts, but also with a fruitiness, including some citrus (the hops?), on a quite sweet back ground, leading to a dry nutty end.

50 cL bottle. Pours amber with huge creamy head. Aroma has corn, malt, some yeast and earth. Flavour is a mixture of malts that lead into a earthy taste. Round mouthfeel. Slight elements of caramel. Dry bitter finish. Perfect brew for the Autumn season!

Clear amber with white head. Malts - roasted & caramel. Sweet spicy flavor - malts. Medium body. Some fruityness. Pleasant slight bitter finish. Typical Brøckhouse, not bad - not really good. But overall enjoyable and drinkable.

Bottled. A clear, brown beer with a beige head. Caramel, spices and hops in the aroma, which is a bit weak. The flavor has caramel-sweetness, some spicyness and hops, and frutiy notes. Some warming alcohol as well, surprisingly. Medium body. Quite sweetish and slightly bitter finish. A decent beer, but I would like the alcohol to be less evident. (061028)

Bottle, 6%. Refreshing hop cone aroma. Slightly hazy, dark red/amber colour. Very small head. Quite malty flavour, a little roasted. Pleasant carbonation. Roasted, slightly sour aftertaste, and a little fruity.

Red/Amber with a lasting creamy head and some lacing. Malty aroma of the deep, bready municher kind, with some fruity notes and a hint of hops. Malty sweet flavour, little fruityness, with some bitterness (2006: but with some sharp off-taste). Very full mouthfeel. I miss the hops of the best alt-biers, on the other hand, it’s got Octoberfest maltiness that works just fine with the harvest name.
