Bottle shared by Erwin Van Moll @ Brewpub Van Moll during the brewing of Benzai’s 10k beer. Hazy brown to dark amber color, huge soapy foamy off-white head. Aroma is lightly malts, red fruits, strawberry, grape, grape peel. Tastes about the same: lightly malts, wood, grape, grape peel, lightly sourish, fruitpeel sour, lightly dry. Interesting beer.

Trübes dunkeloranges Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch säuerlich, holzig, reife Früchte. Geschmack sehr malzig, reife Früchte, alkoholisch.
