Cask at St Judes Tavern, Ipswich. Aroma is low key - malty. Clear copper gold. A few mm of white head around the rim. Medium-heavy bitter. Quinine and harsh resin. Bitter citrus. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat. Long astringent finish. Apparently an American Pale Ale. Well dodge.

3/8/2019. Bottle at the Wrocław Grand Prix bottle share, from Real Ale Shop, Wells. Pours clear bright pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon puss biscuits, grass, hops, grapefruit, flowers and malt. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice bitter floral finish. Enjoyable.

(Bottle) Pours slightly hazy straw with small white head. Subtle lemony citrus aroma. Light body, medium carbonation. Initially citrus and light biscuity malt, quickly replaced by flinty hoppy bitterness. A bit odd but goes down ok.

Hazy pale gold beer, frothy white head. Light citrus nose. Crispy dry palate. An intial hit of crisp dry citrus is quickly swamped by creamy malt. Finishes soft and frothy and with a little lemon citrus. Unusual! A bit gassy but okay.

Bottle. Golden beer with a strongish head. The aroma is toffee and hopped, and the flavour is sour, grassy and hopped. Overall an average hopped beer.

Cask at GBBF 2009. Lemony/hoppy pretty good. Nice lemon curd flavour in the mouth. Decent hop on the finish too. APA? Not sure, but a decent golden ale.
