Can out of a beer of the month club. Pours very dark, looks odd for the style. Nutty, quite a deep roast, again, odd for the style. light coffee notes, medium bitterness in the finish. not much of a dunkel, it's good, but way off for the style of you ask me, leaning towards schwarzbier more than anything else.
