Thanks to Mike! 750 ml. bottle sampled. Batch #2. Hazy citrus golden, quite hazy, solid white head. Nose carries some USA sour vinegar, glue profile, bit strangely mineral but you get very quickly past that, you start getting more fruit, big apricot, some mango. Taste is amazing, great puckering huge fruit, mango (lots actually) with big apricot, nicely puckering, great amazing fruit, nicely sour, puckering, great lacto, really good, massive fruit, great puckering,... Soft carbonation, rich body. Stupidly better than the other 2 Pizza Boy sours that I tried prior to this one.

Bottle share, thank you Steve. Hazy yellow color with a small white head. Fantastic aroma of peach and funk, a little wine barrel. Nice fruity sour flavors with a little zip from the wine barrel treatment. Very fruit forward, but plenty of sour. Really nice.

Sample in less than ideal circumstances Transparant remnant of head, hazy yellow golden beer. Sour peaches, unripe nectarines, green herbs. Lactic and fruit acids. Sharp Very sharp sour flavour, fruit-, lactic- but definitely also acetic acid. Apricots at every new sip, but also a hint at incense. Puckeringly tart, difficult to swallow. Acidthinning and -burn to the extreme. Another one that is all sharpness instead of complexity. Txs to M & L V!

Bottle shared. Hazy bright golden with fizzy white head. Light lactic notes, lots of funk, apricot, nectarine, light hay, dough, orange peel, sweet white wine, salty crackers, light bandaids. Quite sour, with some light underlying sweetness and a touch of salt. Medium bodied with a bit fizzy carbonation.
