(Draught at the brewpub on 2008-07-02) Pale yellow. Hazy. Small white sparse head. Fruity and hoppy nose. Light palate with lots of carbonation. Hops, sweetness and fruitiness in taste. Bitter aftertaste. Ok attempt to make a pile

Small white head. Yellow body with carbonation. Melay apple and malt aroma with fruity floral notes. Dry floral resiny malty taste with mealy straw aftertaste. Apple notes. A bit thin, and a bit too much meal and straw in the aftertaste. Still, nice, highly drinkable. (0.3l draft at the brewpub.)

Cask-conditioned at the Hillgrove Porter Stores, Bristol March 2007. Golden lager with grassy hop aroma. Flavour was slightly sweet with a dry finish. Not a bad lager.

Draught@brew pub, Dublin. Clear golden color, small white head. Strong malty alcoholic nose. Sweet, malty apple flavors like in Russian malt liquer. Otherwise Maguire has copied standard pale lager quite well. Even the harsh aftertaste is there.
