A fresh and zingy Pale Ale with a floral aroma. The biscuity malt flavours and citrus hops develop into a crisp dry finish.

Cask at the GBBF 2008, gravity dispense. Yellow colour, minimal head. Moderate aroma with hints of honey and flowery hops. Reasonably hoppy flavour, hints of citrus, "dusty" hops in the finish. OK, but not really that impressive. Nice hoppy aftertaste though.

Medium shiny creamy white head lasts forever. Very light copper body. Faint fruity honeyish resiny aroma, very harmonic, with floral strawberry notes. Dry-sweet floral fruity honeyish resiny taste with strawberry notes. Dry grain wooden mealy roasty aftertaste. Sharpish mouthfeel. Very nice! (0.33l draft, Bull & Castle, Dublin, St. Patrick’s Day.)

[Draught - Bull and Castle] Pours golden with small head. Fairly anonymous aroma with grass, hops and citric hints. Sweet flavor that ends dry and bitter. Fair.

Found on tap in Roisin Dubh, Galway. Served in a standard pint glass. Pale brown in colour, lightly sparkling. The aroma is dry and hoppy with some elements of fruit. Flavour is dominated by the bitterness of the hop and woody notes. Very dry finish but retains a good level of freshness that doesn’t dry out the pallet too much.
