Hazy, straw colour. Fresh, sharp, Mildly hoppy flavour. Mild taste with quite a lot of sweetness and some grassy, grainy notes.

Bottle from Sainsbury’s. Attractive bright gold colour with a trace of white head; aroma has bready and citrus notes; taste starts with the citrus of a typical blonde, but is overtaken by the sweet caramel - more golden in style; pleasantly bitter and dry aftertaste.

Bottle from Sainsbury. Golden, thick off white. Lemonade citrus aroma. Slightly metallic and rubbery. Gentle in mouth, bit of biscuit perhaps. Hops on finish are citrusy and a little woody. Quite spritzy. Bit of lemonade shandy flavour and dull malt too on finish. Spritzy nature of the beer lifts it slightly.

Picked up in Sainsburys, Banbury, 01-09-06. Poured a Golden colour and whilst I find it difficult to describe it did have the Wychwood taste, though despite the hoppy presence and reasonable bitterness it was a bit softer than some of their beers and I suppose you could say not too bad an effort.
