Cask gravity at Six Bells Woodchurch. Clear amber copper colour lasting white head. Some caramel on the aroma. Some caramel and sweetish fruit in the mouth. Not much hop presence but again itโ€™s in good nick and itโ€™s a straight up bitter. Like what your Dad used to drink

Cask at the Claret Free House. It pours clear amber, with a thin foamy white head and soft carbonation. The nose is wood, polish and sweaty sock. The taste is wood, hay, lime, lemon, orange pith, polish, astringency, caramel and brown bread, with a dry finish. A flavorsome and well balanced bitter.
