Tap @ Brewpub. Dark brown topped with two fingers of creamy tan head. At first sniff I detect a very high quality coffee and just a little sweetness. Smooth taste is rich with the coffee notes complimented by the sweetness of the maple syrup. Very little roast is noticeable. Really, the quality of the coffee made such a huge impact here... it blends together seamlessly. This was a fine breakfast brew. Excellent.
