Sample at EBF Copenhagen. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fresh light acidic, malt and hops.

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen (as Byens øl). Almost clear golden. Slight hay aroma. Clean and crystallic simplistic malt character. The hops is used to paint the mediocre malt structure to make it appear attractive. All surface, no depth.

(Draught at EBF 2008, Sunday September 14) Sold as "Byens øl" and marked as a cream aleCloudy orange color, white head. Sweet fruity smooth scent. Smooth sweet taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Bottle 50cl @ Home.Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly dimnishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, malt dust, spicy - herbs, light to moderate hoppy, orange, herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Bitternes is citrus - orange shell bitter. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (130708)

Hazy amber with tiny off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with caramel and malty notes. Flavor likewise with a mild bitter end.

Hazy orange-amber color, small creamy white head. Light citrusy nose. Citrusy, a bit piney beer with some fruityness. Light palate. Summer drink.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is mild malty and slight citrusy hoppy. Light cornish, fruity and dry malt flavour. Classic English pale ale with classic Vienna flavour palate no more no less. Light bitterness and mild fruity note into the finish.

bakken beerfestival, aroma: none, if you like honey and suger, this is a great brew, overall it’s nice as nothing is overdone. great for a low alc. beer
