Gold with a frothy, white head. Buttery, dough-like aroma but floral too with a hint of apple. The former dominating at first but the latter growing with time in the glass. The bottle is a couple months past best buy. Taste is moderate bitter throughout. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Rustic. Grew on me.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, dark yellow-ish, faint golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Slightly grainy and strawy, pale malty, minimally doughy yeasty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of apricot, mirabelle, brioche, whiffs of protein. Taste is slightly spicy and minimally grainy, pale malty, slightly yeasty fruity and minimally doughy yeasty, mildly bitter and slightly grassy-spicy hoppy, hints of brioche, protein, mirabelle, apricot, minimally metallic overtones. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Balanced, simple, drinkable; profits from non-filtration - nice example for good traditional brewing skills.

Bottle at home from Hop Dog, Munich, 16th December 23. Pours clear. Aroma is straw and hay, malts and citrus, taste is clean, refreshing, ok

500 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow with a fluffy head. Grass, hay, lemon zest, sourdough, some basement notes, gooseberries. Medium bodied, milky texture, lively carbonated, dry bitter sourish finish. Quite nice crisp Zwickl.

Hazy blond colour, white foam. Nose: citrussy, a bit bready, flowery. Taste is rather sweet, some citrussy notes, light bitter finish. Good!

Flaska från Landbierparadis. Disig ljusgul vätska med högt vitt skum. Doft av hö, säd och blommor. Krispig och frisk, blommor, aningen citrus, lätt tvålig blomsmak, hö, gärs, lätt beska. Mycket trevlig lättdrucken och välkomponerad kellerbier. Mycket gott.

Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Slightly soapy floral aroma with a hint of citrus, Bready but dry, citric floral flavor. Low on carbon.

On tap at the brewpub. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of dry grainy malt, straw, some yeast. Taste of dry intense bitter hops, grainy malt, spicy, long bitter finish.

17-04-19 // bottle. Purchased at Landbierparadies Lovely Zwickel. Unclear yellow. White head. Nose of sweet malts. Bready grainy sweet malt body. Solid hop bitterness damn smooth.

500ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a white head. Grass and lime in the aroma. Refreshing taste with lemon, elderflower, lime, grass and grain. Slightly thin but very refreshing.
