Bottle at PilsnerPeter’s RBSG 2010. Bottle may have been infected. Crazy amount of fizz when opened. Still it’s a good beer. Pours apricot orange. Nose is fermented fruits and light spice. Taste is apricots and golden wheat.

The beer pops loud with a strong head rush. The bartender had to rush it to the glass. The beer looks beautiful with a thick hazy golden color and obviously a thick head. The beer is very loud. The aroma hits me with brett (plenty of haystack and barnyard). There is a nice honey aspect behind that. The combo of the two make me think they will keep aging nicely. Its similar in the flavor. The mouthfeel is very spritz-y, bubbling and tickling the tongue and cheeks. I want to try this in 3-5 years.
750mL bottle @ the Ginger Man, date 2008 stamped on the back (I am guessing BB), served in a large wine glass.

14th June 2008. Amber coloured champagne style beer. Plenty of froth and thousands of bubbles! Whee! Delicious honeyish mango malt with a creamy crisp finish. Some other subtle fruit flavours well integrated. Lovely!

Bottle Thanks to my wonderful wife on my birthday. Shoots out a gold topped with a cream head. Plenty of foam and we wait and wait some more. Here we go the aroma was of a variety of different fruits maybe a little fruit salad along with some rich malts. Taste was more of the fruit salad, rich malts, and some sweetness. The 11.5% no way.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with some sediment floating around under a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, oranges, and peaches, as well as a light acidity. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of yeast, as well as light notes of smoke, alcohol, and over ripe peaches, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

2006 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Best by 07/2008. Explosive uncorking. Pours with a huge, foamy white head an a hazy orange body. Good retention. Very light aroma with alcohol, chardonnay grapes, cereal and honey. Taste is honey, cereal, alcohol, grape, pepper and diacetyl. Lively bubbles and sort of a buttery, high alcohol mouthfeel. Very similar to Deus in this respect.

Bottle from Monument Liquors. VAL 07-20c It exploded and the foam hardly ever stopped. It did eventually. Aroma is like floral/fruit over caramel. Amber color with an unending head and tons of tiny champagne bubbles. Full bodied. Cramy carbonation. Quite vinous in flavor. The heat is in place, but hardly burns at all. Finish is far from dry. Something like a darkish tripel? A little oaky in the finish. Definitely goes well with food.
